They are 2 ounces of perfection starting with 16 grams of whole-grain goodness, 4 grams of fiber and 7 grams of protein in each cookie. With a total of 270 calories, adding fruit and a glass of milk of your choice (cow's or otherwise) makes for a complete, nutritious meal.
Our unique recipe utilizes whole grain oats (cholesterol fighter), flax seed (omega 3 and 6), peanut butter (great source of fat), eggs (contain every nutrient known to man except Vitamin C the new reports are saying), and real butter, raisins (nature’s fruit) beet sugar and 60% dark rich chocolate just to name a few.
